Help Desk Tech

We are searching for an individual that enjoys solving problems and is comfortable walking users through computer tasks. The Help Desk Tech position will work with the Service Delivery Manager and other technicians to resolve customer technical support issues. This involves answering phone calls and emails from customers. We are an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and help us assist our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers seeking help with software or computer-related issues
  • Document customer support issues in ticketing system
  • Walk customers through the steps to resolve computer issues
  • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1 years’ experience help desk support
  • Understanding of computers
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Passion for keeping up with technology trends
  • Desire to assist others


Position Requirements

  • Set office hours Monday to Friday from 8:30a-5:30p in the Greenville, SC area
  • Full-time hourly position ($12-$14 per hour depending on skill level) with opportunities for career path and advancement
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to support and interact with customers as needed
  • Capacity to multi-task and work with multiple customers
