We are searching for an individual that enjoys solving problems and is comfortable walking users through computer tasks. The position will work with the Service Delivery Manager and other technicians to resolve customer technical support issues. This involves Server build and maintenance, answering phone calls and emails from customers. Some of this work will be done onsite and some will have done remote. We are an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and help us assist our customers grow.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers seeking help with software or computer-related issues
  • Document customer support issues in ticketing system
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Walk customers through the steps to resolve computer issues
  • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 6 years’ experience in Server and networking support
  • Comfortable to help in a team environment
  • A+, Network+ is required
  • MS and Cisco certifications are a plus
  • Passion for keeping up with technology trends
  • Desire to assist others

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
